From Concept to Creation

Tool and Product Design

We work with independent tool and product designers who will work with you to design your product for manufacture. This is a very technical area where attention to detail is vital. Expert advice is required to produce a design which is suitable for a product to be manufactured as well as being cost effective which we can say we proudly accomplish. 3D CAD modelling and analysis, product visualisation through to prototyping.

Tool and Die

We are able to offer you whatever grade of tooling you would like for your product, with the service to match. We are in full control of the tooling process to ensure that you receive the very best quality within budget you require or otherwise providing advice on the best way forward. We have a highly trained and experienced team who manage the whole tooling project from start to finish, communicating with you every step of the way.

Manufacturing

Once the tooling has been manufactured, tested and signed off, it is then time to produce your component or item. Using a variety of machines, we are able to produce batches with manufacturing capacity dependent on whether metal or plastic. Once started, thousands of your product will be maunfactured in the most efficient time frame possible which will be discussed with you and you will be kept up to date as manufacturing proceeds.

Assembly and Packaging

Once your product has been manufactured, we are able to assemble your item according to customer requirements if needed, and also complete the production cycle through to final packaging, ready for distribution to anywhere in the world if required.
